Venali Internet Fax with the Venali Junk Fax Filter is an Internet fax service that allows any e-mail user to send and receive faxes utilizing their existing e-mail system without the need to buy or operate expensive fax equipment.
Users receive a personal fax number which can be in one of more than 1000 supported cities world-wide. Documents to be faxed are securely e-mailed to Venali’s global IP fax network where they are converted into faxable documents and delivered to any fax number world-wide. Inbound faxes are received as an e-mail attachment in the users e-mail inbox; faxes can be viewed, printed and forwarded.
The Venali Junk Fax Filter detects Junk Faxes and marks them as such. A simple rule in the e-mail client can then be used to automatically delete Junk Faxes, or move them into a dedicated Junk Fax or Junk E-mail folder.

Their service is not reliable. I had several issues with people not being able to send me faxes, nor was I able to successfuly send them my documents. Overall the company was responsive to my issue, but wasnt able to fix their service as promised.

I was a happy user of Venali's inbound fax service for about 6 months. Then, I tried using their outbound service from my Outlook 2003 client and it simply does not function. I then spent several hours with their email "support", which was worthless, at which point they blamed in on Microsoft. I'm changing away from Venali asap.
