As a Systems Engineer with Konica Minolta, I have successfully installed two separate UMP software at customer sites, working with the older Minolta Di351.
When it works, it works very well, but the main problem I see is the lack of support, both within Wordcraft and Konica Minolta. There seems to be no local U.S. Support as this software is made in England. There used to be a Technical Support person based out of New Jersey, but has since left, and has not been replaced.

We used LaserFax (Unimessage's predecessor) for years without problem. Upgraded to Unimessage 6 months ago, and I've been firefighting ever since. It's buggy and slow - very slow! Never did get it working properly so now I'm looking for a replacement.

not quite sure if it eraly works with Windows XP... we have been triying for days to get it runnin'... obviously without any result... kind of bored... guess will try another fax software... it sucks...

Still many bugs to fix even with the new version, instable with xerox wc385. no intergration with outlooks cannot even import old messages.
