OfficeFax is a workgroup faxing system for small, medium or large Windows based networks. With OfficeFax each user can send and receive faxes directly from their desktop computer. Further features are also available. OfficeFax is compatible with all versions of Microsoft Windows, and systems running other operating systems can take advantage of OfficeFax by using the e-mail-to-fax and Web-based versions.

OfficeFax comes with a client only database that supports up to 10 users, for larger installations a client/server database is also available using either MySQL or MS SQL Server. Features Include: Fax Server supports class 1,2 and 2.0 fax modems, automatic printing of incoming faxes, customizable fax lines, auto-detect modems attached to fax server, automatic forwarding of incoming faxes, fax folders, draft faxes, public and private address lists, e-mail fax option, customizable rich text cover pages and fax logging.
