FACSys Enterprise Edition has a completely re-architected database platform based on MS-SQL. The FACSys Administrator and Desktop Client Programs retain their familiar ‘look and feel’ to minimize user and administrator retraining. The FACSys Enterprise Browser will permit access and operation of FACSys through a browser interface, and/or from inside Outlook.

FACSys supports MS Network Load Balancing, SQL-clustering and automatic failover from one FACSys server to another. Microsoft Exchange can be fax-enabled using the Exchange 2003 SMTP gateway. In addition, FACSys can fax-enable any SMTP mail system (SAP, Lotus Notes, customized internal applications) and Multi-Function printers, faxes, and copiers with e-COPY ShareScan OP. Receive fax messages in your inbox in PDF and/or TIF format with an OCR Text file.
